Safety Bundles

The ASO SENTIR Safety Bundle is a safety solution for protecting people and objects in collaborative robot environments. This package can be seamlessly integrated into robots and offers enhanced safety functions thanks to two pressure-sensitive sensors:

SENTIR mat safety contact mat: this pressure-sensitive mat secures the robot's work area. It can be configured to either stop the robot immediately or reduce its speed if a person steps on it. The contact mat is encapsulated in polyurethane and can also be optionally equipped with aluminium or stainless steel cladding for heavy-duty environments.

SENTIR bumper Safety contact bumper: Equipped with a foam core and an integrated sensor, the bumper stops the robot on contact. Thanks to its artificial leather coating, it is durable and wear-free.

ELMON relay safety switching device: The relay serves as a communication link between the sensors and the robot and continuously monitors the safety functions (safety category 3 / performance level ‘d’).
